Yemen Issues Stark Warning to Saudi Pilots After Downing F-15 Jet

Yemen’s Ansarullah movement spokesperson, Mohammed Abdulsalam, issued a stern warning to Saudi pilots, urging them to be vigilant following the successful downing of an F-15 fighter jet over Marib airspace, a move he described as a significant blow to the Saudi regime.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Mohammed Abdulsalam, the head of Yemen‘s negotiating delegation and spokesperson for the Ansarullah movement, emphasized that the Yemeni armed forces’ achievement in targeting an F-15 fighter jet in Marib airspace has inflicted a severe blow upon the ruling regime of Saudi Arabia. This incident represents a major embarrassment for the House of Saud, particularly as they have falsely claimed to the public not to be engaged in aggression against Yemen.

Abdulsalam added that the downing of this Saudi fighter jet sends a cautionary message to countries in the region and worldwide, advising them to beware of becoming victims of Saudi Arabia’s disinformation campaigns. He stated that this blessed operation demonstrates Yemen’s advancing aerial capabilities, enhancing its ability to protect its territory. He expressed confidence that enemy losses will increase with divine assistance.

He further warned that Saudi pilots, or those recruited for piloting roles, should consider that they may not return from subsequent flights from their bases. Abdulsalam stressed that the fate awaiting these pilots is either death or capture, joining other Saudi pilots who have been held captive for an extended period due to the indifference of the Saudi regime. He accused Riyadh of abandoning its pilots, not only failing to take any action for their release but also actively working to complicate any potential agreement for the freedom of all prisoners.
