Israeli Military Reports 2,347 Deaths Over Three Years of Conflict

The Israeli military has announced a total of 2,347 deaths resulting from conflicts since October 7, 2023, with 1,318 of those fatalities being military personnel. The figures encompass a broad range of security and emergency service individuals involved in ongoing hostilities.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Israeli website Walla, citing official statistics released by the regime’s Ministry of War, reported that 1,318 soldiers have been killed in the conflicts Israel has been engaged in since October 7, 2023. This figure represents a portion of the total reported casualties.

The website clarified that the death toll includes personnel from the Army, police, the Shin Bet internal security agency, the prison service, and the fire and rescue organization within the occupied territories. These individuals were involved in various capacities during the hostilities.

Walla further stated that these statistics also encompass security coordinators in settlements and members of readiness teams who participated in battles in the Gaza Strip, the southern and northern fronts, Lebanon, and the West Bank since October 7. The broader conflict has involved multiple fronts and areas of operation.

The Israeli army, following a period of sustained conflict, announced that a total of 2,347 Israelis have been killed since the outset of the war, with 1,318 of them being military personnel. This comprehensive figure reflects the cumulative losses over the specified duration.

According to these statistics, an additional 87,286 individuals have been injured during the same period. The extent of casualties highlights the significant impact of the ongoing military operations.

Furthermore, the Israeli National Insurance Institute has registered approximately 43,000 applications for recognition of disability, with nearly 40,000 of these cases being approved. A significant majority of the confirmed cases are related to psychological injuries and disorders, indicating the profound mental toll of the conflict on individuals.
