Yemeni Spokesperson Warns Saudi Airports Within Range of Armed Forces

The spokesperson for the Yemeni government has declared that Saudi Arabian airports are now within the operational range of Yemen’s armed forces and urged airlines to avoid these facilities for the safety of passengers.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Omar Al-Bukhaiti, spokesperson for the Yemeni government, announced that the skies and airports of Saudi Arabia have become part of the operational theater for Yemen’s armed forces. Al-Bukhaiti advised airlines to steer clear of Saudi airports to ensure the safety of their operations and passengers.

Furthermore, he called on employees of Saudi oil facilities to evacuate areas designated as targets by the Yemeni armed forces. The Yemeni government spokesperson emphasized that Saudi Arabia initiated the conflict in the Bab el-Mandeb strait, and the transformation of this region into a scene of military confrontation threatens maritime security in this vital waterway, holding Saudi Arabia responsible for the repercussions.

Al-Bukhaiti also referenced the history of conflicts between Saudi Arabia and Yemen, urging governments considering participation in an attack on Yemen to refrain from involvement and avoid becoming complicit in the shedding of Yemeni blood. He added that on the third anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Storm operation, they extend greetings and respect, along with pride and honor, to the Palestinian people and their resistance, reaffirming that Yemen will always stand by the Palestinian people and their just cause.
