Russia Claims Strike on Military Cargo Ship Bound for Ukraine

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Russian Ministry of Defense has stated that a cargo ship carrying military supplies for the Ukrainian army was targeted as it transited at sea. This statement was reported by Mehr News Agency, citing RIA Novosti.
The ministry further reported that four locomotives utilized by the Ukrainian armed forces were also targeted by drones in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
The ongoing conflict in Ukraine has entered a new phase, with both Kyiv and Moscow intensifying their drone and missile attacks against each other.
The protracted war in Ukraine continues, a stark contrast to claims made by U.S. President Donald Trump, who had asserted he could end the conflict in less than 24 hours. The war’s continuation into the second year of Trump’s presidency has significantly undermined his credibility and the impact of his previous assertions.
