Atlantic Report: Trump Facing Paralysis and Rage Over Iran Conflict, Sources Say

A report in The Atlantic, citing sources close to U.S. President Donald Trump, suggests the president is experiencing anger and paralysis due to his inability to resolve the conflict with Iran, a situation that has disrupted his accustomed global attention.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, The Atlantic magazine, quoting sources close to U.S. President Donald Trump, reported that Trump’s inability to end the war with Iran has left him enraged and strangely paralyzed. This comes at a time when Trump was accustomed to receiving the attention of everyone from world leaders to the media.

The report further stated that he is losing his mind because Iran will not heed Trump’s words. Iran has resumed its threats against oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz, pushing the average price of diesel fuel in the United States past $6 per gallon and increasing the cost of goods transported by trucks across the nation’s highways.

According to the report, Republicans are in a panic that high energy prices could help Democrats regain control of the House of Representatives and the Senate in the midterm elections. Trump has been seeking a scapegoat and appears to have blamed Ukraine. While blaming a European country fighting for its very existence for the rise in global oil prices might seem far-fetched, Trump apparently prefers this to accepting responsibility for his decision to attack Iran.
