Kremlin Reports Constructive Talks Between Putin and US Envoy

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Kremlin spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, stated on Wednesday that a constructive dialogue took place between Russian President Vladimir Putin and a US representative. Jared Kushner, son-in-law of President Donald Trump, participated in the conversation via telephone.

Earlier, during a meeting with Steve Witkoff, the special envoy of the US President, Vladimir Putin expressed his interest in hearing the envoy’s assessment of the crisis concerning Iran. Putin affirmed Russia’s readiness to assist in resolving the situation, noting that Russia’s proposals for a resolution are well-known.

Putin also touched upon economic relations between Moscow and Washington, indicating Russia’s interest in reviving economic cooperation with the United States.
