The Ukrainian Armed Forces reported on Monday that their defense units managed to intercept and destroy 154 unmanned aerial vehicles deployed by Moscow during a massive wave of overnight and early morning aerial assaults.
According to official data released by the military command, a total of 193 drones were launched by Russian forces targeting various regions throughout Ukraine, prompting widespread air raid alerts and defensive maneuvers.
Meanwhile, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine confirmed that the relentless drone strikes caused significant infrastructural damage and casualties in multiple locations. Authorities reported that at least one person lost their life, while 34 others sustained injuries of varying severity as emergency crews rushed to respond to the disaster sites.
