According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif of Pakistan addressed high-level consultations held in Tehran last month during his remarks on Wednesday. He noted that evaluating the dimensions of a defense agreement involving Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey was high on the agenda, aligning with ongoing efforts to ease tensions in West Asia and strengthen regional relations.

Regarding these high-level meetings, the senior Pakistani government official stated that very positive discussions took place, focusing not only on reducing regional tensions but also on the trilateral agreement among Turkey, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia. He further added that exchanges of views in the Iranian capital unfolded in an exceptionally positive atmosphere, centering on avenues to expand bilateral and regional cooperation.
