Trump Reasserts Stance on Iran Nuclear File and Claims Progress on Ukraine

US President Donald Trump has declared that Iran will never acquire a nuclear weapon regardless of proposed plans, while also claiming a significant broader agreement concerning Ukraine and Europe is underway.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, US President Donald Trump addressed proposed plans regarding Iran, stating that the content of any proposals under review by Iran is of little importance, as the country will never be allowed to possess a nuclear weapon.

The US leader also claimed that since taking office over the past seven months, he has gained full control over all relevant aspects, adding that the public will soon discover what decisions Washington will make regarding Iran.

In another segment of his remarks, the US President issued a warning regarding Iran’s future, stating that he would prefer not to destroy what remains of Iran, though he might be forced to do so.

Justifying the current situation involving Iran, Trump noted that for nearly six or seven months, there have been no recorded casualties in the conflict with Iran—contrasting this with the Russia-Ukraine war, which he claimed suffers twenty-five thousand casualties per month.

In connection with this, Trump urged Republican lawmakers to take action to alter the filibuster rules in the Senate in order to advance his legislative and policy agenda.

The filibuster is a parliamentary procedure where debate over a legislative process is prolonged, allowing one or more lawmakers to delay or prevent a vote.

Turning to Ukraine, Trump claimed that an agreement is on the horizon that will extend far beyond Ukraine itself.

He added that this prospective arrangement could encompass the entirety of Europe, describing it as a major and substantial pact.

Furthermore, the US President reiterated that any nuclear-related plan concerning Iran proposed by mediators will be rejected unless it receives explicit approval from the United States.
