Moscow: Taliban can establish order and stability in Afghanistan

According to the regional office of Tasnim news agency, “Alexander Bortnikov, the head of the Russian Federal Security, said, “One cannot not worry about the events that are happening in Afghanistan, but the positive trends in this country should also be taken into account.”
The senior Russian security official said at the security meeting of the Commonwealth of Independent States in Bishkek that he is fully capable of establishing order in Afghanistan, assuming that foreign actors do not interfere in its affairs.
According to Tass, Bortnikov added: Afghan authorities are actively working to normalize the situation, they are confronting the hated terrorist organizations and are working to strengthen the external borders in order to reduce the infiltration of militants from regional conflict zones.
The head of Russia’s federal security continued: “They are talking to us, I mean the special service of the Commonwealth of Nations”.
