The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania, in a hostile move, refused to issue visas and entry permits to all members of the Russian delegation.
This delegation was supposed to participate in the meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE PA).
Romania’s excuse for this action was Russia’s special operations in Ukraine.
