According to Fars report, the head of the diplomatic service of the Islamic Republic of Iran previously participated in the meeting of the foreign ministers of the five coastal countries of the Caspian Sea (Russia, Iran, the Republic of Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan) and gave a speech to his counterparts in the countries Turkmenistan and Russia also had a bilateral meeting.
