Heavy storm damage to the city of Adana, Türkiye + video

Storm and rain hit the northern areas of Anada city in Turkey around 17:00 yesterday afternoon.

According to RT, due to the storm, the roofs of some houses and billboards on Turkmanbashi street in Chokurova area were destroyed and many trees fell on Turgut Ozal street due to this storm.

A tower crane also fell at a construction site in Chokurova region due to the storm. Strong winds uprooted trees that fell on cars parked on the side of the road, and many electric poles and billboards fell.

Relevant authorities have advised Turkish citizens to take necessary precautions, while municipal officials and relief teams work to assess the damage and clear the affected area.
