Preparing Iraq to host the Arab Summit in 2025
According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency, according to the Iraqi Waa news agency, Iraqi Foreign Minister Fawad Hossein announced that the meeting of the heads of Arab countries will be held in Baghdad in May 2025.
He stated: Iraq continues to consult with the Arab League in preparation for this meeting.
Iraqi Foreign Minister emphasized that the Palestinian case is the only case on the table of the Council of Foreign Ministers of Arab countries.
He added that the Palestinian issue has the constant support of the Arab countries, the region, the world, and the Iraqi government and nation.
The Iraqi Foreign Minister, referring to a meeting with the Agency for Employment and Relief for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) regarding aid to Palestinians, stated that there is extensive financial support for UNRWA from Iraq emphasized.
