Slovakia: Our military reserves were sacrificed to Ukraine

Slovakia's foreign minister said that the country's military reserves have been depleted as a result of aid to Ukraine.

According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted by Rashatudi, Slovakian Foreign Minister Yuraj Belana says that this country is not going to continue military support to Ukraine.

The Slovak Foreign Minister told his German counterpart during his trip to Berlin: Bratislava does not provide military equipment from its reserves to Kiev, but in other ways The country will help.

Blana stressed that Slovakia’s position regarding military aid to Ukraine is firm and clear: this country will not give more military equipment to Ukraine because there is nothing left.

However, Slovakia’s foreign minister said: this country will continue to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

According to this Slovak official, Bratislava supports all peaceful solutions to the conflict in Ukraine.

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico previously stopped the delivery of weapons to Ukraine and called for a diplomatic solution to the conflict between this country and Russia. Arguing that the European Union needs Russia and Russia needs the European Union, Fico promised to restore trade and political relations with Moscow after the end of the war.
