According to this media, Dutch Defense Minister Ruben Berklemans said that the country plans to send shipments of reconnaissance drones worth 42.6 million euros to Ukraine. .

The statement issued by the Ministry of Defense of the Netherlands in this regard states that these unarmed drones can fly long distances and are used for reconnaissance, information gathering and surveillance on the battlefield.

“Ruben Berklemans” had announced the delivery of the first shipment of F-16 fighters to Ukraine during his previous trip to Kiev.

The Minister of Defense of the Netherlands also issued an authorization to Ukraine last week to use Amsterdam F-16 fighter jets against targets deep in Russian territory, claiming that such an attack is under the international laws of legitimate self-defense. !

The Netherlands has committed to provide 24 F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine. This commitment was made in the form of a group called “F-16 Coalition”. Denmark and Norway have promised 19 and 6 F-16s, respectively, and other countries in this group have also committed to training Ukrainian pilots. The first shipment of F16 fighters arrived in Ukraine in August.
