March 2nd first day of month of Ramadan
The office of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution has announced that Sunday, March 2, 2025, will be the first day of the holy month of Ramadan this year, 1446 AHL.
The experts in Imam Khamenei’s Office for Sighting the New Moon have announced that it was not possible to sight the new moon for the start of the month of Ramadan at sunset in Iran on Friday, February 28. Thus, Sunday, March 2, 2025, is the first day of the holy month of Ramadan.
