Trump’s Special middle east envoy Says: “I truly Believe in Resolving the Conflict with Iran Through Dialog and Hope Iran Wants the Same, as the Choice Is Not Good for Them.”
According to a report by the English section of Webangah News Agency,citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera,Steve Witkoff,the U.S. President’s Special Envoy for Middle East Affairs,stated in an interview with Breitbart: “Trump believes in peace through strength,and his core conviction is that war does not necessarily benefit us.”
During the interview, he added: “Peace through strength means war is not necessarily the best path to achieving a ceasefire or lasting peace. Trump does not believe military force is effective in many cases.”
Witkoff emphasized: “as force isn’t always effective, Trump consistently seeks dialogue and diplomacy first.”
The special envoy further noted: “I genuinely believe in resolving the conflict with Iran through dialogue—this solution is more lasting than any alternative. If we convince Iran to abandon its enrichment program,we will ensure a permanent situation where it cannot obtain nuclear weapons. this is the best solution, and we hope it aligns with what Iran wants because the alternative would not be favorable for them.”
