Washington Post reports Trump allies warned Netanyahu
The Washington Post,citing its own sources,claimed that allies of Trump warned Netanyahu that washington would abandon him if he did not halt the war against Gaza.
webangah News Agency, quoting Mehr News Agency, reported that The Washington Post cited unnamed sources alleging Benjamin Netanyahu (Prime Minister of the Zionist regime) formally raised the idea of resuming aid to Gaza in his cabinet.
The Washington Post claimed Trump’s pressure intensified as Israel escalated its bombardment of Gaza and approached a point of no return in the conflict. Figures close to Trump reportedly told Israel: “If you don’t stop the war, we will abandon you.”
The U.S. outlet emphasized that Netanyahu has the authority to push for a ceasefire in Gaza thru the Knesset (parliament of the occupying regime). However, there appears to be no political will within his cabinet to end the war.
