Abu Muhammad al-Jolani Visits Azerbaijan
Abu Muhammad al-Julani, head of the Syrian regime, arrived in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, on an official visit.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, the Syrian news agency reported that Abu Muhammad al-Julani has arrived in Baku, Azerbaijan’s capital.
Al-Julani traveled to Azerbaijan on an official visit and is scheduled to meet with government officials during his stay.
Apa News agency reported that a ceremonial guard welcomed this high-ranking guest at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, where both countries’ flags were displayed prominently.
Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa was received by Yagub Eyubov, First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan; Fariz Rajabov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; and other officials.
