Egyptian Tribes Pledge to Break Gaza Strip Blockade
the Egyptian Bedouin Council based in the Sinai Desert strongly condemns the crimes committed by the Zionist regime against women, children, and residents of the Gaza Strip, according to a statement cited by webangah News Agency from Mehr News Agency via Shahab.
The statement reads: “The Zionist crimes occur amid international collusion and the disgraceful silence of Arab countries. Gaza fights on behalf of the Islamic Ummah against its enemy and its oppressed residents must not be left alone.”
It continues: “We cannot remain mere spectators to these atrocities happening in our neighborhood. We call on Egypt’s president to instantly open the Rafah crossing without delay for humanitarian aid deliveries and refuse any political or military blackmail.”
“As Bedouins of Egypt’s Sinai Desert, we declare our readiness to secure convoys carrying humanitarian aid and actively participate in breaking the blockade on Gaza,” the statement adds. “We urge all free Egyptians to express their outrage over these crimes.”
