Severe Crowding at Food Distribution Centers in Gaza + Video
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Arabiya, the Palestinian Red Crescent has announced that thousands of families have been unable to find food for several days. Amid ongoing systemic hunger policies in Gaza, the humanitarian situation is rapidly approaching a full-scale disaster.
The Palestinian Red Crescent emphasized that over two million people in Gaza face a dire food insecurity crisis.
At the same time, news sources reported that seven individuals searching for food in Sudanieh in northern Gaza city were killed.
They also confirmed three fatalities among those attempting to return to their homes in northern Gaza due to Israeli bombardments.
Since early today, more than 46 people have been killed by occupying forces; 22 of these victims were those seeking food.
Near a clinic in al-Zeitoun area southeast of gaza City, four others were killed during attacks by Israeli forces.
Simultaneously,thousands of hungry civilians remain at food distribution points desperately looking for bread amid what critics call Israel’s planned famine strategy against Gaza’s population.
