Trump: It Appears a Purge or Revolution Has Taken Place in South Korea

According to the ‌English section of webangah news Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, Donald Trump, the President of the United States, posted ‍on his social media platform Truth Social on ⁤Monday before his ‌meeting with South‌ Korea’s president:⁤ “What⁤ is ​going on in South Korea? It looks like a purge or‍ a revolution.”

He added: “We cannot both have‍ this (situation) and do business ⁢there. Today,I am meeting‍ the new‍ president of South Korea at the White House.”

The‌ Central News Agency of North Korea previously quoted ​an official from Pyongyang describing a meeting between South ‌Korean President and⁣ Japan’s Prime Minister as political theater.

The report noted that ⁣this meeting took place shortly before talks between the presidents of South Korea and ‍the United States.
