Israeli Forces Launch Widespread Attack on Ramallah + Video
According too the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Jazeera, Israeli occupation forces launched a large-scale raid on downtown Ramallah on Tuesday. At least 18 peopel where injured, and several civilians were arrested during the operation.
Reports indicate that during the incursion,Israeli soldiers clashed with residents in central parts of the city.
The occupiers threw stun grenades and tear gas into a barbershop.
The building of Al-Ajouli Exchange Company was also stormed, resulting in the detention of several employees.
A group of Palestinian youths succeeded in shooting down an Israeli drone.
The palestinian Red Crescent announced that as of now, 18 people have been wounded. Of these, seven sustained injuries from live ammunition while others suffered from plastic bullets, tear gas inhalation, and shrapnel wounds.
Israeli forces also fired towards journalists covering events in Ramallah. An elderly man was taken into custody by occupation troops.
News sources reported that Israeli snipers were deployed atop Al-Raeeh Hospital in Ramallah city.
Heavy clashes erupted between Palestinian youth and Israeli soldiers. In Hebron city (Al-Khalil), occupation forces attacked a local marketplace with stun grenades.
