Israeli Tank Incident in Southern Syria

The​ English section‍ of webangah News Agency, quoting Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera,⁤ reported that Israeli media announced an incident involving an Israeli army tank ⁢in ​southern Syria.

According to Israeli sources, a ⁤tank from the ‌regime’s army engaged in routine operations ‍in​ southern Syria caught fire due to a technical malfunction.

The source added that the ⁣Israeli military has launched an official inquiry to determine the exact⁣ cause and details of the fire.

It is indeed‍ noteworthy that as ⁣the fall of Bashar al-Assad’s government ​in Syria, Israel has repeatedly attacked the Golan region and Druze-populated areas around Damascus under the pretext of⁣ protecting Syrian Druze minorities.

Through‌ these repeated strikes targeting Syrian ‌military capabilities and supporting​ ethnic and identity minorities within Syria, Israel aims to fragment⁣ the contry into ⁤several weak, smaller states.
