Israeli Regime Declares Gaza City a “High-Risk War Zone
The Israeli army announced that, starting Friday, the city of Gaza is considered a ”dangerous war zone” and that no local or temporary ceasefires will apply there, according to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera.
The Israeli military emphasized that “under government and political leadership orders, it has decided not to impose a temporary tactical ceasefire in Gaza for military activities.”
The occupying army claimed it had initiated preliminary operations and early phases of its attack on Gaza. It said forces are currently positioned on the city’s outskirts and will continue ground operations and attacks against Hamas to protect Israeli civilians.
Following approval by the Israeli government for control over Gaza City, the army declared its evacuation “unavoidable.”
This proclamation comes as Israeli prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recently stated that the battle to free hostages continues relentlessly until all are released alive or deceased.
