Israeli Analysts: Netanyahu Cabinet Poses Threat to Israel
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Mayadeen, Israeli analysts have described Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s cabinet as a threat to the regime.
Eyal Hulana, former head of Israel’s National Security Council, said Netanyahu seeks to escalate and intensify the conflict in gaza. He warned this approach undermines prospects for prisoner exchange agreements.
Speaking to Channel 12, hulana expressed confusion over the objective of the military operation in Gaza. He stated that he sees no meaningful outcome because Hamas will neither surrender unconditionally nor raise a white flag.
Meanwhile,Yair golan, chairman of the Democratic Party and former deputy chief of staff, argued that occupying Gaza has no military value. he stressed that Israel’s top interests are securing the release of all prisoners and ending the war as swiftly as possible.
Metan Vilnai, deputy defense minister and also a former deputy chief of staff, said Netanyahu’s cabinet threatens Israel. he noted it includes some of the most extreme figures in Israeli history.
In this context, Yaron Avraham, military affairs correspondent for Channel 12, reported security officials fear negotiations over Gaza’s future will drag on indefinitely and require considerable time before resolution.
