Zionists File Complaint Against Netanyahu Cabinet in Regime’s Supreme Court
A report from the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, states that a group of Israeli settlers-including former military personnel, businessmen, and lawyers-have lodged a lawsuit with the Supreme Court in the occupied territories. They are protesting against the security and war cabinet’s decision to occupy Gaza City.
The Israeli site Walla reported that the plaintiffs seek to annul this resolution. They argue it contradicts positions held by the Israeli military and intelligence chiefs and claim it fails to consider existential risks and also international consequences.
The plaintiffs demand disclosure of the reasons behind this war cabinet’s decision to occupy Gaza City.
Among their arguments is that this policy was adopted by a cabinet representing only a minority. Given criminal charges against Prime Minister Netanyahu, they beleive greater caution is warranted on such sensitive matters.
