Israeli sources report an emergency meeting in the occupied territories concerning the West Bank.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Ma’an, the Hebrew-language site Walla, affiliated with Israeli intelligence sources, reported that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will hold an emergency meeting on thursday to assess the situation in the West Bank.
The report states that this meeting comes amid Tel Aviv’s concerns over growing international recognition of Palestine. This advancement could lead to a new front against Israel in the West Bank.
The report adds that Israel intends to assert its occupying sovereignty over parts of the West Bank as a response to these changes.
