Lazareini Urges Arabs to Mobilize All Political and Economic Levers
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Shehab News Agency, Philippe lazzarini, UNRWA Commissioner, called on Arab countries to utilize all political and economic tools to end the war in Gaza.
He stated, “We urge Arab countries to employ every political and economic instrument available to halt what is happening in Gaza.”
Lazzarini added that Israel targets and kills journalists in an effort to silence the last voices reporting on atrocities in Gaza.
Meanwhile,Palestinian sources reported that Karim Muammar,a three-year-old Palestinian child suffering from severe malnutrition caused by blockade conditions and ongoing Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip,is in critical physical condition.
Doctors have confirmed that besides acute malnutrition, the child suffers from enlarged liver, rickets, kidney problems, severe lung infection accompanied by high fever.
His condition highlights a tragic example of the humanitarian disaster unfolding in gaza where tens of thousands of children face life-threatening hunger, lack of medicine, and destruction of healthcare infrastructure amid deadly diseases.
