Eight Security Personnel Killed in Nigeria
A spokesman for NigeriaS security agency reported the killing of eight personnel during the kidnapping of several Chinese workers in the country’s south.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Reuters via Mehr News Agency, a Nigerian security agency spokesman said on Saturday that armed men killed eight security forces and abducted Chinese workers.
The incident occurred in Edo state, located in southern Nigeria, according to the Nigerian security agency.
The spokesman for Nigeria’s Security and Civil Defense Corps stated that four kidnapped Chinese workers were rescued,but one remains missing.
He added that eight personnel from the agency were killed and four others severely injured.
