Islamic Jihad Responds to Israeli Regime Attack
The Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement responded to Israel’s attack in Qatar, according to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing al-Masirah.
On Tuesday afternoon, the movement described Israel’s strike on the Hamas leaders’ meeting in Doha as a criminal act that violates all human standards and essential international laws and norms.
The statement said: “The Israeli regime’s criminal action targeting a gathering of leaders from the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas in Qatar’s capital, Doha, is utterly criminal. It breaches every human standard and basic international law and custom,disregarding even that Doha hosts Israeli delegations for negotiations.”
It added: “This attack signals that this regime insists on continuing its bloodshed amid an overt genocide against the Palestinian people. This dangerous development must not be tolerated.”
Islamic Jihad also held former U.S. President Trump’s management responsible for enabling this act. The statement declared: “we hold President Trump’s government accountable for unleashing this regime without restraints-especially as this zionist aggression occurred after what the White House referred to as Trump’s proposals.”
