Venezuela: The United States Has Launched an Unofficial War Against Us
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Mayadeen, Venezuela’s Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino López emphasized that what the United States is conducting is an undeclared war. Therefore, it is essential to increase the operational readiness of Venezuela’s armed forces.
Referring to recent developments in Qatar, he stated: “Look at what is happening right now in Qatar, a U.S. ally and host to American military bases.”
The Venezuelan defense minister was alluding to the U.S.’s failure to defend Doha against an aggressive attack by Israel targeting Hamas leaders gathered there. the assault ended in failure, with Tel aviv unable to achieve its objective of eliminating Palestinian resistance leadership.
These remarks come shortly after U.S.President Donald Trump once again announced: “Under my order, the Secretary of War authorized a deadly strike on a drug-smuggling vessel in the southern region under U.S. command.”
Trump claimed that three drug traffickers were killed during the operation in international waters while none of his forces were harmed.
The president had made similar statements just days prior.
