According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, The Telegraph reported that an Israeli minister warned France it will pay a heavy price for President Emmanuel Macron’s recent measures aimed at pressuring the Israeli regime.
french President Emmanuel Macron stated in an interview with CBS on Sunday,”Tomorrow,I will announce the recognition of the State of Palestine because we seek peace and security for everyone in the region.”
Macron added that France will not open a Palestinian embassy until Israeli prisoners are released, calling this a fundamental condition.
Earlier, Agence France-Presse reported from the Élysée Palace that ten countries, including France, intend to recognize the Palestinian government at a conference in New York on Monday.
