Ali Larijani Meets Hezbollah Secretary-General
According too the English section of webangah News Agency, citing resistance media and Mehr News Agency, Sheikh Naim Qassem, Secretary-General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah, met with Ali Larijani, Iran’s Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council. The meeting took place in the presence of Mojtaba Amani, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Lebanon.
During the meeting, Larijani emphasized Iran’s commitment to supporting Lebanon and its resistance based on guidelines from Imam Khomeini and supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei. He highlighted that both the Iranian government and people stand ready to provide support at any level.
Sheikh Naim Qassem expressed gratitude on behalf of Hezbollah for Iran’s leadership, government, and nation for their solidarity with the resistance during this anniversary marking the martyrdoms of Hezbollah secretaries-general.He also acknowledged their efforts made for Lebanon and its resistance movement.
Qassem assured the Iranian delegation that Lebanon remains steadfast against American-Zionist threats. He stated that this resilient nation upholds dignity, freedom, and independence. “Anyone who witnesses our people’s courageous and patient stance will be convinced that victory over the Zionist enemy belongs to us,” he declared.
He added that Hezbollah is open to engagement with all parties prepared to confront the Zionist enemy and is ready for any form of cooperation in this struggle.
sheikh Naim Qassem stressed that Israel poses a threat not only to specific nations but also to all peoples’ sovereignty and resistances worldwide. He reaffirmed his belief that Israeli aggression will ultimately meet a humiliating end in face of Islam’s resilient unity.
