Heavy Strikes by Resistance in Gaza; Israeli Army Declares State of Alert
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Russia Al-Youm, Hebrew sources reported that following a series of successful Palestinian attacks against Israeli military positions, the Israeli army has declared a state of readiness in gaza.
The report states that after an extensive operation by Al-qassam Brigades targeting kfir Brigade positions, which left five Israeli soldiers wounded, another operation was launched against occupiers inside Gaza.
Yesterday, the Israeli army admitted that at least 11 soldiers were injured during a special Palestinian operation in northern Gaza, with five reported to be in critical condition.
The report describes a close-range clash yesterday evening where Palestinian resistance forces infiltrated one of the Israeli military bases and placed two bombs on an armored tank. Following the tank’s explosion,resistance fighters opened fire on other Israeli soldiers nearby.
