Guardian: Israeli Soldiers Treat Prominent Swedish Activist with Disrespect
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Ma’a, the British newspaper The Guardian reported that the Swedish Embassy in the Occupied territories informed its Foreign Ministry that Greta Thunberg, the famous swedish activist, was detained under very harsh conditions.
The report stated that Thunberg was held in a room infested with insects and that Israeli soldiers did not provide her with sufficient food or water.
A fellow Swedish activist quoted in the report said Israeli troops pulled Greta’s hair, beat her, and forced her to kiss the fake regime’s flag. They did everything possible to intimidate others.
It is worth noting that during thier assault on ships of the Samud flotilla, Israeli forces arrested Greta along with hundreds of other activists.
