Macron Visits Egypt Claiming Support for Gaza Ceasefire Plan
The Élysée Palace announced President Emmanuel Macron’s visit to egypt on Tuesday, claiming to support a plan to halt the war in Gaza.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, the Élysée Palace stated that French President Emmanuel Macron will travel to Egypt this Tuesday to allegedly support the implementation of a proposed peace agreement in Gaza.
The statement from the Élysée noted: “The political solution known as the two-state solution is the only way to build a sustainable future for the people of the Middle East (West Asia).During his visit to Egypt, Macron will discuss with regional partners the next steps for implementing the peace plan in Gaza.”
Furthermore,the Élysée added that Macron will use his trip to reaffirm Paris’s support for a two-state solution and long-term stability in the region.
