Axios Claims Iran Invited to Sharm El-Sheikh Summit
The English section of webangah News Agency, quoting Mehr News Agency, reported that Axios cited an unnamed source claiming the United States has invited Iran to participate in a peace summit aimed at ending the Gaza war, scheduled for next Monday in Sharm El-Sheikh.
Earlier today, the Egyptian presidency announced that Sharm El-Sheikh will host a peace conference on Monday to end the Gaza conflict. The summit will be co-chaired by President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and former U.S. President Donald Trump and attended by leaders from more than 20 countries.
According to a statement from the Egyptian presidency,the conference aims to end the fighting in Gaza,bolster efforts toward peace and stability in the Middle East,and inaugurate a new era of regional security and stability.
The Egyptian presidency previously stated on behalf of Abdel fattah el-Sisi that Egypt plans to host an international conference focused on improving conditions and accelerating reconstruction efforts in Gaza.

Last Thursday,Hamas officially announced reaching an agreement to end the war in Gaza and arrange for prisoner exchanges through an official statement.
