Hebrew Media: Final Steps Taken to Exchange Hundreds of Palestinian Prisoners
Hebrew media report completion of necessary preparations to release hundreds of Palestinian prisoners as part of a prisoner exchange agreement.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Mayadeen, hebrew media have reported that the final steps for releasing more than 2,000 Palestinian prisoners in the first phase of the prisoner exchange deal between Hamas and the Israeli regime have been completed.
The reports added that buses designated to transport Palestinian prisoners have entered Ofer Prison.
It is noteworthy that the first phase of the prisoner exchange between Israel and Hamas will begin soon. An Al Jazeera correspondent also reported that Palestinian buses carrying detainees have departed Gaza heading toward the Kerem Shalom crossing.
