Hamas on Yahya Sinwar’s Martyrdom Anniversary: The Flames of Al-Aqsa Storm Will Not Be Extinguished

The Palestinian Islamic resistance Movement (Hamas) emphasized⁤ in a statement on the first anniversary of the martyrdom of its former chief of political bureau: The flame of “Al-Aqsa Storm” will ⁣never be extinguished.

The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) declared on the first anniversary of martyr Yahiya Sinwar’s death-its ‍former political bureau chief-that the flame of “Al-Aqsa Storm” will remain burning. The statement highlighted that the blood of martyred leaders strengthens the ⁢path of resistance for future generations. It reaffirmed Hamas’s commitment to persist along‍ thier path adn remain ‍loyal to their sacrifices until Palestine and its holy sites are liberated.

“A year‌ has passed since⁣ that heroic saga witnessed‍ by ⁣the world,” Hamas said, ‍referring‍ to Sinwar as the commander who led the “Al-Aqsa Storm” battle-a⁣ life dedicated entirely to jihad and struggle, ending in martyrdom standing firm at the heart of battle, cane in hand, bravely confronting occupation forces.

The statement added that over this year, with patience, perseverance, steadfastness, and resolute resistance from our people, a historic national achievement was reached-an agreement that ‍thwarted enemy plans to assault our land and nation. This agreement ended genocidal war, starvation, and forced displacement. It enabled a prisoner exchange known as “Storm of freedmen,” resulting in 1,968 palestinian prisoners being released while shattering Israeli jailers’ pride.

Commemorating Sinwar’s first martyrdom anniversary proudly honored ⁣his fruitful ‍life and struggle. From youth onward he lived in jihad; during 23 years imprisoned⁤ he broke ⁣Israeli jailers through endurance. After ‍release, he prepared and organized efforts culminating in October 7, 2023-the day his leadership shattered occupiers’ structures and demolished myths about their army’s invincibility before falling heroically amid his fighters on that battlefield.

The movement⁤ stressed that⁣ Sinwar’s martyrdom alongside other leaders before him ⁣only increases our collective strength and resolve-as well as our nation’s-for continuing their mission faithfully ‍with unwavering commitment to their bloodshed.

The statement concluded: the flame of “Al-Aqsa Storm” will forever burn brightly-fueled by⁢ persistence⁤ toward rights, principles, and national unity-and its fire will never die within our ⁣great people⁢ despite heavy sacrifices or enemy power. We pledge allegiance to fallen leaders; this banner shall never ‌fall but remain raised for all generations ⁢to carry forward until full freedom is achieved along with an autonomous Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.

hamas affirmed: On ‍your first martyrdom anniversary Abu Ibrahim rest peacefully-you fulfilled your trust by waging jihad for God’s cause; you toppled enemy flags ⁢crushing their⁤ arrogance while shaking foundations they falsely claimed were unshakable. Though⁤ your pure body⁣ is absent here in Gaza your soaring spirit testifies how martyrs’ blood inscribes eternal glory ⁢upon Palestine’s history. The unfriendly forces failed‍ miserably in Gaza achieving none but⁣ eventual ceasefire under conditions‌ dictated⁣ solely by resistance which secured ‌prisoner returns.

The statement ended invoking mercy upon commander Yahiya Sinwar (Abu Ibrahim) alongside all martyrs from among leaderships and sons across our⁤ nation-a prayer beseeching God grant them highest paradise⁤ with‌ prophets, ⁢truthful ones whom martyrs accompany-and what noble companions they are.
