On Thursday morning, the United Nations Security Council approved the draft resolution proposed by the United States to condemn the operations of the Yemeni army against Zionist ships in the Red Sea.

In this resolution, while condemning the attacks of the Yemeni armed forces on the vessels associated with the Zionist regime in response to the invaders’ attacks on Gaza for more than three months and the killing of several tens of thousands of Palestinians, the necessity of protecting the security of maritime navigation is emphasized. .

Al-Masira news network quoted Abdus Salam and reported that the statement of the Security Council encourages the Zionist regime to continue its crimes against the Palestinian nation; Moreover, this institution condemned itself by blindly siding with the Zionists.

This Yemeni official considered this action of the Security Council as a “historical disgrace” for an institution that “claims to support Security and peace is international, but it works contrary to its function”.

“Vasily Nebenzia”, ​​the representative of Russia in the United Nations, during the meeting of the Security Council, this resolution was adopted regarding the security of shipping in the Red Sea. described it as “political”. While expressing Russia’s concern about the security situation in the Red Sea, Nebenzia stated: “America and its allies are trying to impose unilateral solutions.
