Iron Dome Missile Explodes Following False Alert

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Shahab, israeli media announced moments ago that warning ​sirens sounded in‌ settlements around the Gaza Strip.

Channel 12⁢ of Israeli television reported that these ⁢sirens were triggered by a false detection.

the Israeli Kan network also admitted that‌ after this false alert, the Iron Dome system fired a missile over Sderot, which exploded mid-air.

This is not the first time warning sirens in the occupied territories have been activated due to mistaken detections.
