Putin and Netanyahu Discuss Iran’s Nuclear Program

Russian official sources reported that the President of Russia and the Prime‌ Minister of the Israeli regime held talks on IranS nuclear programme and regional developments.

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, quoting‍ Mehr News agency and⁢ russia Al-Youm, the Kremlin press office announced that russian President Vladimir Putin and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held a phone call. They exchanged thorough‌ views on the Middle East situation, including developments in Gaza⁢ under the framework of implementing ​a ceasefire agreement and the process​ of prisoner exchanges between Palestinians‍ and Israelis.

The Kremlin report added that during this conversation, both sides also ⁢discussed Iran’s nuclear program and matters related to Syria.

The Kremlin statement noted that Russia​ and Israel expressed their willingness‍ to explore negotiated solutions concerning issues related to Iran’s nuclear ​program.

Russia Al-youm reported that Putin⁤ and Netanyahu ‍also spoke ⁣by phone on October 6, during which they reviewed Middle East developments and efforts to resolve conditions in Gaza.

The two leaders ⁣additionally examined Donald Trump’s so-called peace plan for Gaza, with⁢ Putin⁤ outlining Russia’s position on this matter.
