EU Admits Unprepared to Effectively Counter Russian Drone Attacks

The EU Defense Commissioner, Andrzej⁣ Kubiak, said Monday that Europe is not ready⁢ to effectively respond to Russian ⁣drone attacks and must adopt UkraineS battle-tested capabilities to ‌better protect itself, according to webangah news Agency.

Kubiak added that after NATO jets shot down Russian drones over Poland in September, the 27-nation ⁤bloc has been working to strengthen its air defense systems.

Speaking in Vilnius, Kubiak questioned why it took more then two years for Europe to realize it‌ was unprepared to identify and destroy Russian drones with cost-effective tools.
