Beqaei Declares Cairo Agreement Void

The spokesperson for our country’s diplomacy emphasized that, given the actions of the International Atomic Energy Agency, the Cairo Agreement is now void.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, quoting Mehr News Agency, Esmail Baghaei, spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told Al Jazeera news network: “The International Atomic Energy Agency has violated its agreement with Iran, and the Cairo Agreement is now worthless.”
He added, “The purpose of the Cairo Agreement was to reduce tensions, but now circumstances have changed.”
Baghaei stated that while the Cairo Agreement was supposed to provide guarantees for Iran, “the United States and Israel attacked our nuclear sites under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency.”
