ISIS Leader with Fake Identity Identified in Syria
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al-maalomah via Mehr News Agency, informed sources announced that a senior ISIS commander holding Iraqi nationality, who was hiding in Syria’s Al-Hol camp, has been identified and arrested.
The terrorist, known by the alias Abu Dhahi, concealed his true identity and had been living under a false name inside the al-Hol camp. Iraqi forces located him and transferred him to a detention center.
He is linked to numerous crimes committed in one area of Nineveh and claimed that he was a teacher.
Iraqi sources emphasized that the identification and capture of this ISIS leader in Al-Hol indicates that many other commanders from this group remain hidden within the camp under fake identities.
