Western Newspaper: Trump’s Plan Shocks Europeans
The English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Russia Today, reported that the Finnish newspaper Helsingin Sanomat described the U.S. peace proposal on Ukraine as shocking to European countries.
