Hungarian Prime Minister Consults with Putin in Moscow

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Arabiya, Hungarian Prime minister Viktor Orbán announced that he will hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow today regarding the situation in Ukraine and energy supply issues.
He added, “Today, we will have discussions with the Russian president.I am traveling to Russia to secure energy supplies for Hungary during the winter season and next year at a reasonable price.”
The Hungarian Prime Minister also emphasized the importance of resolving the Ukraine conflict.
Despite the ongoing war in ukraine, Orbán maintains strong ties with Moscow. Hungary remains heavily dependent on Russian energy supplies, while the European Union urges Budapest to reduce this reliance.
