New Explosions Hit Kyiv; Power Cut Across Ukraine’s Capital

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Russia Today, early this morning, new explosions were heard in Kyiv, Ukraine’s capital, and surrounding areas. Air raid sirens sounded across these regions.
Ukrainian officials also reported water and power outages in several parts of Kyiv.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Energy stated that electricity was cut off for more than 600,000 residents of Kyiv and its outskirts following these explosions and Russian attacks.
This morning, Reuters quoted Ukrainian officials confirming that Russian drones attacked two districts within the city.
